Director
Over the years, Keir has directed a number of short films and other small projects, including an in-house promotional film for the fitness brand, Row House, as well as a music video for the LA-based band, Cranky George. He also wrote and directed “Whine O’Clock,” a pilot for a digital comedy series. His most recent project is the short horror film, Persons Unknown.
Our latest project at Figjam Films, Inc. is Persons Unknown, a 7-minute horror film. Co-produced and co-written by Gina Jarrin & Andy Keir, and directed by Keir, the film tells the story of Xena, a woman whose paranoia and insecurity cause her to sacrifice her humanity in exchange for the illusion of safety.
The film stars Gina Jarrin as Xena, Jolanta Valeikaite as the Mysterious Woman, Indie Griffiths as the Strange Child, Casey Purcell as Trevor, the neighbor, and Fady Kerko as Youssef, the building super. Figjam’s Executive Producers are Sophie Marsham and Andrew Wakely. The Director of Photography is Charlotte Keir, and the film’s score was composed and performed by Bonafide Rojas
NEWS UPDATE
On February 15, 2025 (the day of our Cast & Crew screening!), we were notified that Persons Unknown had been accepted to the 10th Annual Ridgefield Independent Film Festival in Ridgefield, CT. The film will screen on Friday, May 16, 2025 as part of the festival’s Psych Night! We hope to see you there!
